Levo Daily Email concept & redesign
Challenge:
Develop a new email product that delivers more relevant, clickable content to drive users to the Levo site, yet requires little to no editorial curation or production
Action:
Redesign existing email templates with component shelves to be filled by algorithm-determined content based on what users have told us they’re interested in (topics and people they follow on Levo); also included slot for sponsored partner placement.
Result:
• Users received more relevant, content-driven emails with automated delivery based on user preferences (topics and people following), combined with trending articles and personalized notifications.
• They liked it… open rates and clickthroughs doubled compared to our previous daily email product.
